How Spyne is tackling CoronaVirus?

With Coronavirus pandemic (COVID19) cases increasing globally, we believe, at times like these, it is pivotal to be transparent on how Spyne is responding to the outbreak. The stocks have hit a new low, workers are losing jobs, businesses are losing clients and it is looming with frustration and chaos. Spyne’s priority remains to ensure the safety of our employees and the communities we serve, including our clients and partners.

Given how the pandemic is rapidly sweeping the world, all company-related travel is currently withheld until further notice. Since the virus is contagious and believing that limiting the travel of our employees to our office is the best option to reduce the risks of infection, we have asked all our employees to work from home.

To ensure the safety of our photographers, clients, partners, studio experts, we have halted and canceled several photoshoots across the cities of India. However, on priority, we are getting product shoots done by getting products delivered at our photographer’s place, the process of which is in full compliance with all the precautionary and social distancing norms.

Work From Home

With the advantage of technology and the product that Spyne has built over time, we have been a proponent of remote work. With a network of over 2500+ photographers using our product remotely, we further learning to make remote working a big success for us, and our partners.

  • Compulsory for all our employees to work from home (Our office headquarter, and studios across the country remain closed)
  • Our different teams headed by their respective managers are connected virtually through conferences and Skype calls.
  • Updating our employees with comprehensive guidelines to make work from home a success.

We strictly bar all the visitors anticipating to visit our office or planning an in-person meeting with any employee at Spyne. Before you do so, we would like to encourage you to get in touch with our customer team or either postpone the visit.

Since we are hiring currently for several positions in sales, operations, and marketing, we have adopted a virtual process for all those candidates who were in the midst of the onboarding process. If necessary, we will make our new onboarding fully virtual.

At times like these, Spyne doubles its commitment to transparency and keeping its employees informed as the developments happen.

No matter how grave the situation will grow, our efforts to ensure the health and safety of your employees and communities will never seize.

We appreciate the continued support form our employees, and we believe this information helped you in understanding our stand in tackling coronavirus.

Stay Home, Stay Healthy!
